If for any reason you are not fully satisfied and wish to exchange or return your order, you are entitled to do so within the 14 days of receiving the order. To proceed, please email LCP INFO EMAIL with ‘’Exchange & Return - your order number’’ in the subject line and the reason for the following. Then, we will provide you with instructions and address. 

Please note that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes all made-to-order and pre-order items, items in the art section, jewellery and lingerie. 

• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached within the first 14 days from the delivery date. 
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different timesю
• Shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods
