BASEMNT & KSENIA SCHNAIDER collaboration was inspired by artistic avant-garde of the 20th century the purpose of which was to cut the ties with the old world, change people’s perception and build a new system of values and beliefs. This is outlined in the approach and techniques used to create the silhouette of each piece.

The capsule is called the “Fragment” in the honour of a tragic episode that left a scar on every heart of our incredibly beautiful nation. This capsule is a reminder that sun comes up after every dark night & and this black line on the zebra of life will come to an end too.
